Mount Wilson Ranch is the ninth episode of the eighteenth season of Ghost Adventures. Zak and the crew land outside of Pioche, Nevada, to investigate a mysterious ranch known for its concentration of supernatural energy and countless reports of extraterrestrial activity.

- Other Phenomena: The infrared binoculars capture two strange lights above Mount Wilson
- Apparition/Equipment Malfunction: The x camera captures a black mass pass in front of it, which also causes the camera to switch from night vision to regular vision
- Equipment Malfunction: One of the x camera lights goes out
- Physical Contact: Jay claims to have heard a growl
- Unexplained Noises: Unexplained BANG, unexplained rumbling, weird sound, strange sounds
- Disembodied Voices: Voice
- Apparition: An orb of light is captured shooting down towards Zak
- Scents and Odors: Aaron and Dakota suddenly smell what they describe as freshly brewed coffee
- Visual Sighting: Aaron claims to have seen someone outside the cabin
- EVPs: "That was my _______"
- Physical Contact: After capturing the EVP, Zak does not feel well
- Physical Contact/Scents and Odors: The static energy detection device picks up a few unexplained hits, while Aaron and Dakota also smell the coffee again
- Equipment Malfunction: Dakota's camera battery inexplicably drains suddenly
- Moving Object: Aaron captures the cabin door swing wide open
- Physical Harm: Zak claims to have pain in the side of his groin
- Physical Contact: Zak and Billy make repeated intelligent contact using the magnetic device. They also feel a freezing cold air at the same time
- Apparition/Physical Contact: A light anomaly is captured disappearing into Zak, while Zak also feels that he is being touched
- Equipment Malfunction: The light of the camera set up on the cabin ground shuts off and then turns on again inexplicably
