Rosa Carmichael was a woman who was the head mistress of an orphanage during the battle of Gettysburg who was infamous for her cruelty of torturing kids and using older kids to help torture the little kids. She would also punish kids by putting them in a pit in a dungeon for days. She was eventually found guilty of child abuse. Her dark spirit is said to still haunt the building for what is now the Soldiers National Museum.
